Haryn Ventures · For startups

Your ambition. Our engineering. A shared stake.

A hands-on software, data, and AI partner for selected startups. We help founders shape the product, build the technology, and develop it as the business grows, with an agreed equity stake in place of fees for a defined contribution.

A partner, not just a project

Build the business and the technology together.

Early product decisions are business decisions. What do customers actually need? What should you validate before building? Where can software, data, or AI make the difference? We work through those questions with you, then help turn the answers into a product people can use.

Haryn Ventures brings technical delivery and business judgement related to technology into one partnership. Rather than commissioning each piece separately, you work with a partner who understands how they fit together and has a stake in the result.

What we contribute

From deciding what to build to making it work.

Shape the product and the plan

Translate customer needs and your business model into a focused product direction. Work through feasibility, build-or-buy choices, technical risks, costs, and where data or AI can genuinely help.

Build the first useful release

Design and build the software, integrations, and data foundation the product needs. Use AI-powered engineering to move rapidly, with security, testing, and maintainability built into the work.

Learn, operate, and evolve

Use feedback and product data to decide what comes next. Plan deployment, reliability, support, and future development together, with our continuing role defined as the startup grows.

The partnership model

Equity instead of fees. Clear commitments on both sides.

We contribute expertise and delivery in return for an ownership stake. This is a selective partnership, not free development, an unlimited service commitment, or a promise of cash investment.

An agreed contribution
We define the work, responsibilities, milestones, and capacity covered by the partnership. Equity replaces fees for that agreed scope, not for everything the business may ever need.
Terms shaped together
The equity stake and how it is earned are agreed for each partnership. Ownership of the work, decision rights, and what happens if the partnership changes are documented before delivery begins.
Costs made explicit
Hosting, third-party tools, external services, and any work outside the agreed contribution are discussed separately. We agree who covers which costs and how changes are approved.
A defined ongoing role
We agree how support and continued development will work, and when to review our involvement. A long-term relationship needs clear expectations, not an open-ended promise.

Finding the right fit

A shared stake needs shared conviction.

You bring the business.

You bring knowledge of the problem, access to prospective customers, and the commitment to build a company. You lead customer relationships, sales, and the commercial work. We contribute technical expertise and challenge business decisions where software, data, and AI are involved.

We decide whether to partner.

We look at the problem, the opportunity, the team, and whether our contribution can make a meaningful difference. Fit, available capacity, and terms all matter. Not every startup will be a match, and an initial conversation is not a commitment on either side.
